FOOD ROUTINE - INITIAL STAGE




Before  to start heavy exercise , you should prepare your body healthy.  It is only for lean body, not to fat.  you may follow your food routine below in initial stage.

You should wake up at 5 ~ 5:30 am / sleep : 6 ~ 7 hrs , not more required

**************************************
1. After awake, drink 2 glass of normal water.
2. After 5 minutes ,Eat ( 7 hrs) soaked black chickpeas - 20 grm

These above all you may take before exercise.

Break Fast : 08: 00 ~ 08:30 am 
1. Any juice - 1/2 glass
2. chapati/ Dosai  - 4~6 no's/ side dish : any Nut kuruma ( change every day)
3. You should drink water after ate........not while eat.


Lunch : ( 12:30 ~ 1:30pm)

1. You may take rice food, with any soup ( change vegetables  each day)
2. Curd
3. Spinach
4. Potato fry
5. Dates - 2 nos

Evening( 5 ~ 6 pm)

1. Milk - 1 glass / with 1 spoon honey
2. Any chips/ butter cake / any snacks

Dinner: (8;00pm)

1. Idly, Dhosa , chapati / rise / take half
2. Choya kuruma , potato kuruma, Pea kuruma *
3. 1 sweet.
4. 2 banana

Sunday your choice. Feel free.

Do not smoke, drink , leave all bad habits.

You should follow this for just 2 weeks. check up your weight end of 15 th day. If any improvement you will get, continue here. Not for this to old. only follow this below 35 aged persons. Then any sugar pat. not too follow this.
